We recently headed back to California for a very special day. We flew in the night before the big day.
Yay Chelsea getting married to Nate!! We were so HAPPY to be there to celebrate with them! This is Zoe’s third wedding as a flower girl and her excitement for the job has not faded! We headed to Ashley’s and Brady’s real quick to pick up Zoe’s dress. Then we spent the rest of the morning visiting with Chelsea and the girls. Finally we got ready! 
Zoe was so excited to be walking down the aisle with Asher. Chelsea had told her all about him before the wedding. Lucky for her she had her boy cousins to protect her while Tommy got our seats and Ash and I took care of the finishing touches. Finally we all took our seats and the beautiful bride made her way down the aisle.

One of my favorite memories from this trip is having so much family around to love on our children. No matter how long it has been since we have seen each other we are family. I am so thankful that we were able to spend this time with them and for the extra hands. Tommy and I got these special moments where we were just us and that time is so good for us. Thank you family for holding our baby and dancing with our little girl. 
And then there’s these two. They hung in there WELL past their bedtime! They danced, they laughed, they enjoyed the party!
The next day we took a little slow and had breakfast with some of our family that stayed in San Diego. Then we enjoyed the pool and water slide.
And of course when in California, In N Out! This was Zoe’s first time completing the sticker puzzle completely by herself. 
Goodbye California for now! See you in September for another beautiful wedding!
